Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by SIBONI DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN INC ("Siboni Development & Design", "we", "us", or "our"), a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #1085971. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This is a general statement of terms and remains subject to further review and revision, including by legal counsel.
1. Purpose of the Site
This Site provides general information about our accessory dwelling unit (ADU) design-build services and allows visitors to request a free site assessment. Submitting the site assessment request form, or any other communication through the Site, does not by itself create a contract for design or construction services. Any actual project is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. No warranty on Site content
The Site and its content — including descriptions of services, ADU types, pricing ranges, timelines, and general information about building an ADU — are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specific pricing, scope, and timelines for your project are determined only through a written, project-specific estimate and contract.
3. Not professional, legal, or financial advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional advice, including with respect to financing, incentives, zoning, or permitting requirements. You should consult a qualified professional, attorney, or lender for guidance specific to your situation.
4. Licensed trade partners
Our CSLB classifications are B — General Building · C10 — Electrical. Specialty trades outside our B & C10 classifications are performed by licensed third-party trade partners under their own licenses, coordinated under one project scope. We do not represent that we personally hold every trade license that a project may require.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to SIBONI DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIBONI DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable California law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time, including to reflect legal review. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
